Join us for FREE drop in peer support hours!

Here’s How It Works:

A peer support specialist will be waiting in the virtual Zoom meeting space to chat with anyone who pops by and wants to join.

You can stay for as little or as long as you like. You may be joined by others at any given time or it may just be you and the peer specialist. Each day will be different and the conversation at each event will take a different path, depending on the needs of those in attendance.

How Can You Join

During the scheduled hours, you can join the Zoom room by following the invite below. There may be a short delay as you’re admitted to the room, but once you enter the ‘waiting area’ it should only be a few moments.

Rules You Should Know:

• For the safety and comfort of all in attendance, video will be required of all participants.

• When there is more than one person in the room for support, make sure to share the floor with them and allow everyone to have their voice heard.

• The peer specialist reserves the right to boot anyone from the room for any reason at any time if they feel the person poses a threat to the wellbeing of the peer specialist or anyone in the room.

• Be mindful of what you say and how it could potentially be triggering for others.

• Be kind and respectful.
