Connection Specialist - Part Time

As a Connection Specialist, you’ll provide peer-based support to individuals of all ages navigating mental health and substance use challenges. The role includes a mix of direct support - such as facilitating 1:1 and group sessions - and behind-the-scenes coordination, including outreach, documentation, and light administrative support. While our current priority is increased support for teen girls, the focus of this role may shift over time in response to evolving community needs. Flexibility, strong communication, and a commitment to connection are key.
