Connection Specialist - Part Time (Afternoons/Evenings)

Connection Specialists provide direct peer-based support to individuals of all ages, helping them navigate mental health and substance use challenges while building stronger community ties. Our CS team members provide group and 1:1 sessions, assist with community outreach, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth program operations while engaging with external partners and contributing to the overall success of our community.
