Here, recovery isn’t just about overcoming—it’s about belonging, listening, and lifting each other up. Whether you’re seeking encouragement, perspective, or just a place to be heard, you’ll find a seat waiting for you.

What do we talk about?

The Friday Table is more than a support group—it’s a space to explore the realities of mental health and substance-related recovery through honest conversation, shared experiences, and collective growth. Each session starts with a brief learning topic designed to spark discussion, introduce practical tools, and create opportunities for co-learning to flourish.

Together, we take a holistic approach to the challenges we face, seeing each other as whole people, not just our struggles, and honoring our unique, individual paths. With a focus on empowerment and individual choice, The Friday Table is a place to connect, heal, and build community.

A Quick Note About the Table Rules: This is an open table—real talk is encouraged, and yes, swearing is totally fine. (Sometimes, “heck” just doesn’t cut it.) We welcome all topics, raw emotions, and unfiltered conversations. However, what we don’t tolerate is hate speech, racism, or anything that makes this space feel unsafe or unwelcoming. Basically, be real, be respectful, and don’t be a jerk.

Whether you sign up or not, you’re always welcome at The Friday Table. That said, registering helps us plan for seating and makes sure you get a reminder before the event. It also allows us to notify you in case of an unexpected cancellation. If you’re thinking about coming, why not sign up? That way, we can save you a seat!
