Our Services
1:1 Private Pay Peer Support
We offer personalized peer support that honors multiple paths to wellness and keeps your individually unique strengths, beliefs, and goals at the center. You can expect to connect on a deep level with a peer who actually ‘gets it’ and is there to offer hope, support, and empowerment.
What can you expect from your sessions?
Each person is different and so, your sessions will be uniquely tailored to you, your needs, and the goals you want to achieve. Peer support specialists can work with you on a number of levels from understanding and improving your mental health to recovery and addiction to setting goals and working towards your dreams. They use their unique lived experience and professional training to support you in the ways that YOU need support. They are not gurus, they’re not going to tell you what to do or ‘prescribe’ anything. They’re there to help support you, help you learn new skills and access resources, and to assist you as you develop a plan for wellness that makes sense to YOU.
Curious Communities Training
The Curious Communities Training is meant to teach community members how to listen better and connect more deeply with those around them thereby reducing loneliness and disconnection. Participants walk away with a deeper understanding of how disconnection is at the root of many mental health and substance use struggles and what each of us can do in our homes, workplaces, and neighborhoods in order to start the healing process. This training is currently being offered for FREE!
Events & Gatherings
There is healing in community FUN. And there is power in knowledge.
We offer various events, gatherings, and learning opportunities throughout the year from art parties to book clubs, from skill-building sessions to potlucks, and everything in between.
Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT) Group Sessions
This Family Support Group is for family members and friends concerned about their loved ones who live with a substance use disorder. This program is based on the Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT) model. The CRAFT model is a highly effective, evidence-based, motivational program that impacts families in multiple areas of their lives.
