The hopeful neighbor project: opening doors to community

Here in Eau Claire and the surrounding areas, we already see incredible examples of neighbors coming together—whether it’s through community gardens, neighborhood clean-ups, or mutual aid efforts. But what if we had more tools and support to make these efforts even more effective?
