Employee Care Programs

Affordable, Practical, non-clinical support that helps your team navigate the messy parts of being human.

Direct peer support gives employees the chance to talk with someone who understands real-life challenges like stress, mental health, substance use, recovery, relationships, parenting, housing instability, boundaries, communication, and workplace pressure.

Support is always non-clinical, confidential, and grounded in lived experience.

As healthcare costs continue to rise and traditional benefit options become harder for both employers and employees to access, peer support offers a practical, cost-effective layer of care.

It helps address challenges early before they escalate into burnout, absenteeism, turnover, or crisis without adding barriers like high deductibles, long waitlists, or clinical requirements.

Organizations can choose the level of support that fits their budget, culture, and goals, making peer support a more affordable option for employers while remaining accessible and stigma-free for employees.

Workplace Peer Support Options

Peer Support as a Benefit

  • Our team provides private, one-on-one peer support sessions for employees who need someone to talk to about stress, mental health challenges, substance use or recovery needs, workplace tension, or anything else affecting their wellbeing. Sessions are non-clinical, confidential, and guided by trained professionals with lived experience.

Employees can meet with us virtually or in our office, with flexible scheduling that fits around shifts, appointments, and family responsibilities.

  • Your organization chooses how to structure the benefit, including who is eligible and what amount is covered.

You may choose to allow only employees or open it up to their family members as well. Your organization can choose to cover the full cost of each session, set a dollar amount per person, or cover a percentage - whatever fits your budget and needs.

  • 1. Submit a Short Application
You’ll complete a brief application so we can understand your workplace, the level of support you’re looking for, and how you’d like the benefit structured.

    2. We Review and Schedule a Virtual Call
Our team reviews your application and reaches out to schedule a virtual session to talk through details, answer questions, and make sure this option fits your team’s needs.

    3. Finalize the Agreement
If everyone is in agreement, we’ll send over a simple formal agreement outlining the benefit structure, billing details, and confidentiality protections.

    4. Roll Out the Benefit to Your Team
We’ll provide a ready-to-use toolkit for smaller employers (email templates, posters, simple instructions), or we can host an optional information session for larger organizations who want help introducing the benefit to staff.

    5. Monthly Reports & Invoices
Each month, you’ll receive a usage summary and corresponding invoice. Reports never include personal or session-specific details - just enough to help you understand how the benefit is being used.

  • We provide a monthly summary that includes the number of sessions used, the dates they occurred, and general themes employees discussed that month. These themes are shared in a way that protects anonymity and are never linked to a specific person or visit.

The purpose of sharing themes is to help your organization spot patterns, strengthen communication, and make thoughtful, supportive internal decisions not to provide intimate details employees lives.

Workplace Support Hours

  • Onsite Support Hours bring a dedicated peer supporter directly into your workplace. Based on your industry, culture, and overall vibe, we’ll assign a Connection Specialist who is most likely to resonate with the largest number of people on your team - plus an alternate who can step in during vacations or schedule changes. This consistency helps employees build trust and makes support feel natural and reliable.

Your organization provides a private space for sessions (an office, conference room, or quiet corner that can be closed off).

Employees can sign up ahead of time or add themselves to the schedule while we’re onsite - whichever system works best for your environment.

You choose the session length that fits your workflow:
    30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 1 hour.
We’ll structure the onsite block around the cadence you select (weekly, biweekly, or monthly).

During these hours, employees meet privately with the Connection Specialist to talk through stress, mental health concerns, recovery challenges, communication issues, family stressors, workplace tension, or anything else affecting their well-being.

  • Organizations pay a simple block-rate for onsite service time. Rates vary based on the length of the block, your location, and whether you need premium times such as evenings or weekends.

You choose the schedule that fits your workplace (weekly, biweekly, or monthly support) and the session lengths you want to offer (30, 45, or 60 minutes). The number of people we can meet with during a block will depend on the session lengths selected.

Block-based pricing keeps budgeting predictable and ensures your team receives consistent, accessible support, without employees ever needing to worry about cost, transportation, or billing.

  • 1. Submit a short application
You’ll complete a brief form so we can learn about your team size, shift structure, workplace layout, and preferred onsite schedule. This helps us match you with a Connection Specialist who fits your environment and overall vibe.

    2. We review and schedule a virtual call
We’ll reach out to set up a quick virtual session to walk through logistics, answer questions, and make sure this option truly fits your workplace needs. We’ll also discuss session lengths (30, 45, or 60 minutes) and any interest in onsite support groups.

    3. Finalize the agreement
If it’s a good fit, we’ll send a simple agreement outlining your chosen schedule, cost structure, confidentiality protections, and how onsite blocks will operate. Onsite hours are prepaid monthly, with optional discounts if you choose to pay for six months or a full year upfront.

    4. Introduce the benefit to your staff
We provide a rollout toolkit with messaging guidance, engagement tips, and printable materials that can be displayed throughout your facility. Larger employers can also request an onsite or virtual info session so staff understand how to access support.

    5. We begin onsite hours
Once our Connection Specialist is oriented to your building and knows where to be, they’ll handle everything independently. They arrive on time for each scheduled block, manage the session flow, and remain in the designated private space for the full duration (aside from scheduled breaks).

There’s no extra coordination needed on your end - no supervision, no prep, and no disruption to staff or workflow. Our team keeps the space tidy, operates quietly, and integrates seamlessly into your workplace so employees can access support without impacting daily operations.

    6. Monthly reports & invoices
    Each month, you’ll receive:

    • A usage summary of how many employees connected

    • General, anonymized theme trends (never tied to a person or session)

    • The invoice for the next month’s prepaid onsite blocks

  • Item description

Care in Common Pass (Free!)

  • Our Employee Support Access Program is a simple, no-cost way for organizations to give their team (and the people they care about) easier access to one-on-one peer support.

When a business enrolls, they receive a unique 10% discount code that employees can use for themselves and share with their family members.

It’s a low-barrier way to offer meaningful support without contracts, billing, or administrative work. Employers who want to strengthen wellbeing but aren’t ready for onsite services or subsidized sessions often start here.

Each eligible person can use the discount for up to five sessions per year, creating just enough structure to keep the program sustainable while still removing cost barriers for people seeking help early.

    • Completely free to participate

    • Zero administrative burden

    • Supports employees and the people they rely on

    • Helps people reach out earlier, before stress snowballs

    • Easy to implement and sustain

    • A great entry point for organizations that may consider onsite or subsidized options later

    • Demonstrates a commitment to staff wellbeing without needing to manage a program

  • 1. Submit a quick enrollment form
You fill out a short form with basic information about your business.

    2. Receive your unique 10% discount code
Once your information is confirmed, we will send a custom code assigned to your organization. This code can be used by employees and shared with their family or friends.

    3. Roll out the benefit to your team
We provide a simple toolkit with email templates, printable posters, and guidance you can use during onboarding or team meetings. Larger employers can request a virtual info session if desired.

    4. Employees (and their people) use the code as needed
Anyone using your code will automatically receive 10% off when booking a peer support session. Each individual can apply the discount up to five times per calendar year.

    5. Annual renewal
Each year, you’ll be invited to renew your participation. Renewal keeps your code active, refreshes the materials, and ensures the program continues to fit your team’s needs.

  • This is an employee-driven benefit, so we never share who used the code or why.
No names, identifying information, or session content is ever disclosed.

To help employers understand the impact of offering the benefit, we provide a simple monthly usage count:

    • the total number of times your code was used that month

    • not who used it

    • not when

    • not what was discussed

This protects confidentiality while giving you insight into engagement and value.
