Participants will have the opportunity to share, listen, and offer support to one another while also holding space for the immense responsibility we are honored to carry.

This connection circle will hold space for all of it while helping parents build a support network of people they can trust.

Please join us for a gathering of the minds as we explore emotional expression through the discussion and creation of a variety of writing forms. We will dive into poetry/ lyrics, creative nonfiction, and short story pieces and give participants the opportunity to explore these forms of expression through peer discussion

Teen Connections is an 8-week intentional group for teens who have mental health or substance use challenges and who could benefit from a supportive environment to enhance their social skills, learn new coping skills, and have fun while just being themselves!
