Community Voices Art Gallery is a shared space inside At The Roots LLC created to celebrate the healing work that often happens through art.
Many of us use creativity to process life, express emotions, reconnect with ourselves, and tell stories that words alone cannot hold. This gallery exists to honor that process and make room for art shaped by lived experience. It is not about being a professional artist or creating something “perfect.” It is about expression, courage, growth, and the many ways creativity helps people heal and connect.
Everyone in our community is encouraged to submit artwork for consideration in the gallery. Participation is open to all and is not limited to people receiving services here.
Artwork in the gallery changes throughout the year and can be viewed during regular office hours and special events.
Currently accepting submissions through May 15th, 2026.
Artists will be notified by June 1st if their piece was selected. All selected artwork must be received by June 15th and will hang in our gallery until mid to late September of 2026.

Since we’re a mental health and recovery organization for all ages, we need to take care not to display imagery that might be emotionally damaging or triggering but aside from that, we’re not art critics. We’re not here to decide what art is “good” or “bad”. Our gallery is meant to honor the process and the special place that art holds in our story.
-
Yes, please do! Just make sure, for organizational purposes, that you’re filling out one application per art piece.
-
We have several hinged frames that can display standard 8.5×11 or smaller art pieces. We can also support one 34.5”x 22.5” and one 29”x 22.5” wall hanging. For 3D objects, we have some small shelves available but overall size allowance may depend on weight.
-
Still submit your piece! You may be selected for our digital display, where featured artwork is showcased in a rotating slideshow on the gallery wall screen.
-
If you have concerns about your artwork being displayed in a public space, submitting for the digital display may be the better option than a physical exhibit. While we would love to showcase every piece in person, At The Roots LLC cannot assume physical liability or responsibility for submitted work. The gallery is located in an area that is open to the public at times. We will take reasonable care to monitor the space, welcome guests respectfully, and securely display featured pieces, but each artist should decide what feels right for them.
-
We plan to rotate quarterly at this point so please plan for it to be in our possession for about 3-4 months including drop off/installation/pick up.
-
Please send a clear photo of your artwork to info@attherootsllc.com.
Applications that cannot be matched to a submitted photo will not be considered for display.
