Cats are pretty amazing little creatures, and I’m sure they would agree. There’s something about our feline friends that can instantly elevate our moods. Research shows that cats positively impact their owners’ overall well-being and relationships, and just their presence can help us recover from stress. Even watching cat videos can help. (1)
