This is for the women who are holding ALLTHETHINGS together right now.
The ones everyone depends on.
The ones who have worked their ass off to get where they are (built the career, the life, the family, the version of “success” they were aiming for)
…and somehow feel too stressed out to actually enjoy any of it.
The ones who look around and think,
“How is everyone else handling this better than me?”
…and quietly wonder if something’s wrong with them.
The reliable ones.
The ones who keep everything from falling apart.
And the ones who feel like they’re about to.
Because you already know what people say when you ask for help.
“Try mindfulness.”
“Delegate.”
“Take a vacation.”
“Just push through.”
But how are you supposed to “be present” when your brain won’t shut up long enough for you to fall asleep?
Delegate to who, exactly?
A vacation? Sure. Who’s planning it - and what are you coming back to?
And push through?!
You’ve been doing that.
It’s.not.working.
In one Saturday morning, we’ll help you magically transform your entire life.
jk… that’s such BS.
But here’s what you’ll actually do:
take a hard look at what you’ve been taught about productivity, worth, and what it means to “handle things”
figure out where your energy is actually going (and why you’re so drained all the time)
identify real life things that you’ll actually do to help refill your tank
spend time around other women who get it without you having to explain yourself
probably nod along occasionally, actually belly laugh a few times, and likely swear at least twice
There will NOT be:
awkward icebreakers
pressure to pretend you’ve got it handled
sitting in a forced sharing circle
Any sort of chanting or meditation (well… at least not as a group, you’re free to do what works for you though 😆)
This is led by Renee Sommer, owner of At The Roots LLC, certified peer specialist, and a fairly cool human whose “Burnout is NOT a Badge of Honor” talk has people across the Chippewa Valley quietly (and not so quietly) saying, ‘f*ck giving 100%’.
If this sounds like you, grab a spot before you talk yourself out of it.
Seating is limited - once it’s full, it’s full. So like, don’t dilly dally, mkay.
