I’m Regina, and I come to this work as a mom, a grandma, and a veteran of 14 years in the Army National Guard. During my time in service, I completed two overseas deployments and had the opportunity to grow through a lot of different experiences that shaped who I am today.

The military also opened the door for me to explore many different kinds of work on the civilian side. Over the years, I’ve worked in customer service, security, and community-based roles, all of which helped me learn how to connect with people from all walks of life. One role that really stayed with me was working as an assistant coordinator in a homeless shelter, where I saw firsthand how important it is to have support, understanding, and someone who truly listens.

I’ve also worked as a live-in coordinator supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, including people on the autism spectrum. That experience taught me patience, flexibility, and how to meet people as individuals with their own strengths and needs.

I see myself as someone who is down-to-earth, dependable, and easy to talk to. I value real conversations and showing up in a genuine way. My life and work experiences have shaped me into someone who cares deeply about others and believes in treating everyone with respect and dignity.
