The base $35 ticket price helps cover the cost of the event itself, including the presenter, staffing, planning, marketing, and other related expenses.
In addition to being possibly the coolest thing you might do in October, the night has another purpose: helping get C.R.O.W.S. off the ground.
C.R.O.W.S. (Community Requires Our Willingness to Show Up, Inc.) is a new Chippewa Valley nonprofit being built to create space for connection, collaboration, community problem-solving, and projects that might not otherwise have a place to happen. Right now, that means covering all of the very unexciting but necessary startup costs that come with turning an idea into an actual organization.
A donation is not required to attend, but because raising funds for C.R.O.W.S. is the purpose behind this event, we do ask that those who are able consider a donation of $25 or more per ticket., though any amount helps and is deeply appreciated. Any donation to C.R.O.W.S. would be in addition to the ticket price. Donations can be added on when you purchase your ticket or can be made in person at the event.
