We’re having a COMMUNITY BABY SHOWER!
What is that? Well, we’re glad you asked!
You know the saying that it takes a village to raise a child? A community baby shower is an opportunity for parents and caretakers of babies to come together and learn about services in our area, fellowship together, and learn more about important topics that impact their baby’s (and parents!) health, wellness, and development.
Basically, we’re showing them that there IS a village available to them!
During the baby shower, there will be short educational presentations about various topics, booths for them to visit from area vendors, free services and consultations they can take part in (hello massage!), snacks to enjoy, and each participant will go home with some much needed baby supplies in a brand new diaper bag.
And we’re providing this all for FREE to community members thanks to our community partners and super cool vendors (ie YOU).
When/Where
The baby shower will take place on May 6th from 1-4pm at Lake Street Methodist Church (337 Lake St, Eau Claire, WI 54703).
Interested in being a vendor at our community baby shower?
All applications will be reviewed by March 31st and vendors will be selected and notified at that time. Because space is limited we will be trying to avoid duplicate services being represented.
Please be aware that all vendors will be required to provide a baby-themed raffle item valued at $75 or more in lieu of payment.
