Join Us for a Recovery-Friendly Pokémon GO Community Day on International Overdose Awareness Day!
August 31st is International Overdose Awareness Day, and we believe in the power of COMMUNITY as a form of prevention.
To celebrate, we’re hosting a special Pokémon GO Community Day that’s all about connection, recovery, and fun. Pokémon GO has become a beloved way for many in recovery to get outside, explore the city, and meet new friends—all while enjoying a free and FUN game.
Whether you're a seasoned Trainer or completely new to the game, in recovery or not, everyone is welcome! 💜
If you’ve never played before, simply download the app, and we’ll be there to guide you.
Show your support by wearing purple (the color of overdose awareness) and meet us at 2 PM near the bridge in Phoenix Park. From there, we’ll embark on a Pokémon adventure around downtown, catching Pokémon and spinning PokéStops together.
Stay tuned—more details are coming soon!
